The people behind MiLare
MiLare was founded by two Dutch entrepreneurs with a combined 15 years of experience in cleaning, logistics and coordination. Together, they offer complete expertise, from on-site delivery to planning and coordination.
Operational expertise: one of the founders also owns BMND Glasbewassing & Schoonmaak B.V. in the Netherlands and brings more than ten years of entrepreneurial and hands-on experience. His knowledge of quality, processes, people and service delivery is an important foundation of the MiLare approach.
Logistics and coordination: the other founder has entrepreneurial experience in international logistics and operational coordination. This expertise translates into efficient planning, clear communication and close coordination of work, suppliers and tradespeople.

Arnout brings more than ten years of entrepreneurial and hands-on experience from the Dutch cleaning industry. He oversees quality, processes and professional delivery.

Michael brings his entrepreneurial experience in international logistics and operational coordination. He ensures efficient planning, clear communication and close coordination.

Absolutely. The Comfort package is designed for homes that are let occasionally and includes the final clean, photo report and welcome pack. Let it more often? Then Exclusive is a better fit.

Our team communicates in English, Dutch, German and Spanish. You have one dedicated contact, who brings in the right colleague when another language is needed.
